COLLECT DELINQUENT FINES
Our Court used to hold monthly hearings to hold criminals accountable for their debts to society. It has not been held for several years. Criminals need to pay their debts, just like you and me! I will restart the hearings immediately!
BRING BACK THE COMMUNITY SERVICE PROGRAM
If someone cannot legitimately pay court fines, our community should welcome their service to the public instead.
TIMELY ATTENTION TO ZONING
I’m proud to live here, but too many people do not show the same amount of care. No one appreciates eyesore properties! I will support efforts by zoning departments and the Health Department to solve problems quickly!
I WILL DO THE JOB
I will not rely on “visiting judges” from other communities to get the Court’s work done. You should expect your own judge to do the job!
EARN RESPECT BY GIVING IT
Victims of crime, police officers, jurors, attorneys, and spectators ALL deserve respect from its Court. You can be sure I will give it.

About Jim Fruth

Jim is devoted to his family. He and  his wife, Tiffany, and two children,  live near Tiffin. They chose to stay here because they believe in the people and love all this community    offers.

After graduating from Heidelberg in 1992 and Capital University Law School  in 1995, Jim returned to Seneca County to practice law.

Jim has devoted countless hours serving on committees and boards for the community, including the Teen Center, his church  council, and SCAT among other groups.
